Breakfast was good

I have reserved three rooms for friends and myself. One of twin bed room had only one bed made. I need to contact the owner past midnight when we arrived at the hotel to come to make a bed. My friend was not happy. The problem was twin bed room was reserved for one person in the room. I never seen the twin bedroom has only one bed made. I ended up with paying extra for nights.
