"Die Unterkunft war okay. Der Aufenthalt in Alagna war dennoch insgesamt phantastisch."

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Übergabe der Wohnung sehr unkompliziert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (v.a. im Vergleich mit z.B. Zermatt) war okay.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig. Das betrifft das Geschirr (vieles nur 1x pro Person) als auch die üblichen Geräte (Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine u.ä. sollten heutzutage zum Standard gehören - da muss nachgerüstet werden. Auch in puncto Sauberkeit gibt's Abzüge - ekelhaft der einzige Schwamm an der Spüle, verstopfter/verkeimter Ablauf der Dusche. Waschmittel für den Geschirrspüler nicht vorhanden, Toilettenpapier zu wenig...

The property has everything you need for overnight stays and cooking, except for washing clothes, but this can also be done within walking distance at a laundromat for +/-10 EUR.

Superb location in the old town, just a short walk to the gondola and close to lots of excellent restaurants and bars. Great room sizes, well equipped kitchen and stylish decor and finishes throughout. The oversized shower with mood lighting and excellent water pressure was a highlight for the group. Separate ski room with boot warmer worked well also. Thanks for a great stay.

Having to use a key to exit the main door - I think this is a fire hazard. A simple thumb turn lock from the inside would resolve this issue.
