Spacious and clean

The location was very easy to access the both station & centre. The communication with the host was swift & clear.

Cleanliness was way below what was expected from the reviews. Especially the bathroom; having several ants every day seems to be coming from under the shower tray; the sealing was visibly mouldy. A washing sponge in the kitchen was in very used status with bits stuck visibly, and washing liquid was crystallised on the edge of the container. The proper deep cleaning & tidying up moulds in the bathroom would make the property much better.

El baño que fuera un poco más espacioso, quiza quitaría el videt.

El apartamento es un bajo que está en un patio interior. Está muy cerca de la estación de Porta Nuova y tiene buenas conexiones cerca y varios supermercados. Es muy amplio y cuenta con salón-cocina, baño y 2 dormitorios, uno con cama grande y otro con una cama nido. La cocina está bien equipada. Hay 2 aparatos de aire acondicionado, uno en el salón y otro en el cuarto grande (en el otro hay un ventilador de torre). La ducha tiene buena presión y también hay bidé. Ah! Y las ventanas tenían persianas y encima eran automáticas. Davide, el anfitrión, muy agradable y muy atento a la comunicación con el cliente.

Las almohadas y el sofá eran un poco regulares. Al estar a ras de calle, se escucha algún coche pasar desde las habitaciones, pero vamos, no hay mucho ruido.
