Location was quite, nice views, living room was spacious and car park. Overall a great experience

No lights around the hot tub. There should be better lighting to the hot tub area. The oven did not work (unsure if anyone is aware of this). No bin bags or a sponge to do dishes etc. not a big deal but we wanted to leave the place tidy and clean and this was hard to do. If this things were in place, It would make the experience 9 or 10 out of 10!

Accommodation was first class

Unable to get a peaceful sleep both nights VERY NOISY. Continuios noise from hottub pump. Both from our cabin and adjacent cabin Unsuitable toilet vent continuous bang against wall . Had to sleep in living room

Stayed here first weekend in August, Fri-Mon. Site is well set-out, and well looked after. Our caravan was clean, fresh and well equipped. Enjoyed our stay, hot-tub was well received. Great weather while we were there!

"Great place to rest and relax"

Royal Arch Riverside Park is set in a beautiful location and an ideal base for surrounding attractions. The lodge was very clean and comfortable.

No hand soap provided in toilets and no Wi-Fi. As site is classed 5 star would have expected there to be a few little extras within the lodge but it did not spoil our holiday.
