Art deco department in condesa

L'emplacement était parfait, le lit confortable.

Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pour toute la durée du voyage, malgré que nous ayons aviser l'hôte du problème La clé est restée prise dans la porte, et l'hôte n'a pas su nous accomoder pour la suite, un voisin nous a fait rentrer.

Location was perfect. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Bed was large and very comfortable. Water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Had most everything we needed for a great stay.

The apartment was filthy upon our arrival. Cobwebs on wall, hair on floor especially in bathroom. The bed had large visible stains on the bottom sheet. Dishes, utensils and pans were dirty despite being put away. Bathroom sink hot water pipe leaked so much so that there was water constantly pooling on the bottom cabinet and floor. Kitchen window would not open, broken. Shower was missing one of the doors so water went everywhere when you showered. Towels were so worn, they had stains and holes in them. Linens were also worn out. We notified the host that one of the 2 wine glasses was broken (when we arrived) and he said he would replace, but never did. Host did nothing to repair the water leak or any other request during our entire stay, other than changing the bedding on our arrival. They didn't even provide extra towels for us to wipe up the water that we requested. Host was inconsistent in communicating or just ignored our requests. All he did was to suggest we move to a hotel!

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to many restaurants and a 7-11 just around the corner. It's an easy 10 or 15 minute walk to two different metros. It is well-equipped, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It has a good bed and great sofa for lounging. The area is very quiet at night. The AC works well, though I didn't need it. It's located on the first floor, an easy walk up.

It was a little tricky finding the key in its hidden lockbox outside the building - owners should send a photo of what to look for. The TVs had no signal and the owners did nothing to address it. The apartment has good natural light but most of the windows open to common walkways, so it felt like there was no privacy unless I closed the curtains. Once I got used to that, it was fine.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. There are many great restaurants nearby, a 7-11 on the same block to grab drinks and snacks, and the area is very safe. It was easy to find and the instructions were easy to follow to collect the keys. In apartment laundry worked great. Smart TVs with netflix/youtube, Hot water was very hot.

Communication could have been better about the check in/out procedures, and had to ask for wifi information. Bathroom was a little small.

The apartment is big and fully equipped, the location is perfect.

The procedures for checkin, checkout and obtaining wifi codes was not yet fluent, but I think it was because it was relatively newly rentable. The owner was very nice and helpful.
