Kids loved the pool Beautiful place but just needs few stuff to be done

There needs to be approvement on the following 1. Aircon 2. Fan are not helping, house was too hot 3. TV in bedrooms 4. Cupboards needs to be revamped 5. Tumble dryer as that line is too small for bigger families, also when it rains no other place to dry the clothes 6. Some bathrooms don't have toilet roll holders 7. Some don't have towel holders as well 8. Taps needs to be replaced
