Not warm enough

Good location, ideal for the dogs.

Damp towels, cold bedrooms, broken bathroom window, property felt unloved.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. it's lovely and clean and nice and close to our family when visiting Hull.

Could possibly benefit from having some tea bags and coffee available as you get in hotel rooms and other entire homes I have booked.

It was quiet, clean, and in easy access to our family.

Very 3rd class services provided by them heating doesn’t work

The house was in a lovely area, close to amenities and more importantly, not too far from my daughter, to spend time together. Lovely spacious accomodation, tidy and well presented with a well equipped kitchen. It catered for our dog with an enclosed back garden and a safe estate to walk her around. There was a downstairs toilet, as well as an upstairs bathroom. Parking was roadside or on the part of drive close to the house and the tv was easy to use.

The only problem that we had was that on arrival we couldn’t get the heating to work- even though we followed the comprehensive hand list of instructions on the boiler door. I left a few messages and heard nothing back. Fortunately, my husband worked it out by disregarding the instructions and adjusting the separate thermostat. It would have been too cold to stay there without heating. The memos around the house were useful but perhaps a printed off booklet or piece of paper with all the information on may have been a better alternative.

Clean, comfy and spacious. Host was very accommodating considering we booked on the day a few hours before arriving. He also let us check out later by 1.5 hrs.
