Was a little bit strange getting the keys from a lock box on the wall in the car park. But was easy enough to do. The flat was beautiful and the view exquisite

I was a bit surprised the receive a damages waiver charge. I did not see that additional charge on the booking site and was not willing to deposit £300 for over a week so paid the non refundable £38.00. Would like to know exactly how much I am paying from the start.

We stayed in the apartment for one night and it was a good location for getting to and from a game at Old Trafford, with a pleasant walk along the quay.

Collection of the key from the lockbox in a carpark just seemed really dodgy - luckily it was daytime and I wasn't alone otherwise I would have felt unsafe. The apartment building is inbetween a couple of unfinished blocks and felt a bit desolate. The apartment itself was fine for one night - we just slept there, but it was sparsely furnished eg there were four of us staying and only 3 cups, a couple of bowls, a broken shelf in the kitchen etc. I just found it really expensive for what it was but we had little choice when the date for the Man U game we were attending was changed. We had come from a four star hotel in the centre of Manchester (for almost half the price!) and in hindsight, and if we came again I would have stayed an extra night there and taken the tram to Old Trafford. But having never been to Manchester before we didn't realise how excellent the transport links are. They also wanted £300 damage deposit. I'm baffled by the 'excellent' reviews, I wouldn't recommend the stay at the price we paid (maybe these reviewers had a very low rate?).

Spacious flat, suitable for us and dog. 24 hours security. Bright and airy. Near tram stop and quays easy walk. Amazing views. Cheap parking in a unmade car park.

It is a modern apartment block with unfortunately unfinished flats either side, a bit intimidating to start with but security guys and other flat users all friendly.25th floor was different!

Stayed here for two months. Well appointed 2 bed 2 bathroom unit with great views to the north. 7 mins walk to Salford Quays tram stop and 20mins ride to Piccadilly Station. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by and a Tesco express 5 mins away. The lobby has 24 hour staffing, great to get purchases delivered.

Main bedroom mattress too soft!

It was dark, rain g and a car was parked right in front of the lock box which made it very difficult to retrieve the key
