Staff was really nice and helpful

Parking ramp under construction with no signs left my car stuck as I had to take a dirt road with no lights at night to exit. Air conditioning wasn't working, bathroom didn't have separation from bed and main door didn't work properly. Also the service at the restaurant was really slow and didn't had many stuff

I liked the location, the lake, the dinner. The crew(izac) where very awesome. The sunrise view from the center of the lake was amazing

There is not a sign leading us to the hotel. The gps takes you only to a curve but The crew sends you a video showing on how to get there, which i did not bother watching it before driving.

Que no tienen nada de personal , un persona muy buena gente de Nombre Issac , es Mesero , recepcionista , Camarista, de mantenimiento, Él hace todo !! Necesitan contratar Personal‼️

Se tiene que hacer una fumigación de las habitaciones No había agua caliente y el agua se acabo por lo que termine de lavarme el cabello en el lavabo
