The Beach House

Location is fantastic, close to beach and both piers. Free on street parking right outside the property. Small fridge in the room was a bonus. Small shop nearby, 6 minutes walk, to buy water. Plenty of wall sockets.

Shower pressure very low, and water really slow to drain, but bathroom modern and clean. Room was hot, even with window open, lots of traffic noise.

A one night stay, prior to catching a train home. In a very convenient location woth a great sea view. The room is very large, well equipped and comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous little property right on the beach front. Very clean and tidy. Lovely cute decor (loved the wall paper and bee bedding 🥰) Easy access, key left out and great communication both on arrival and prior to our stay. Would highly recommend!

The property is in a great location for Lowestoft beach, it’s on the doorstep. Parking was ok, we managed to find a space on the road all ok, but can imagine this could be difficult. The room was nice a spacious for the 3 of us and a dog. The host was very nice and basically let us get on with it. Tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch and so was the shower gel. We had a great view, even with the scaffolding.

There are many room which appear to have regulars or weekly’s. The hallway smelt ever so slightly but not enough to bother us. The shower was quite weak and poor.

Parfaitement situé face a la mer. Une chambre joliment décorée mais un peu petite. Chien accepté avec supplément de 10£

We loved the location of this B&B the room was clean & comfortable with a homely feel. It's well maintained & the staff were very polite You had a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities. We loved the swivel chairs in the bay window too

The toilet was very loud when it was flushed & the shower wasn't very powerful. Could of done with having a Fan in the room as it got very warm & there were only little windows to open. Would of liked the option to add breakfast to our stay.
