The Beach House

Great location on the sea front and near the town centre. Free street parking outside. I also liked the shower which was unfussy and just the right temperature.

Bathroom could do with a small shaving mirror and sink plug.

Location. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Size of room. Comfy bed. Parking close by. Fuss free check out. Quiet at night in the accommodation. Very reasonable check in and out times.

Plug in air fresheners as these are overpowering. It's difficult to keep these kinds of establishments running as it's costly for the upkeep. There are some areas that would benefit from some updating and DIY tasks completing. Windows and carpets need cleaning. Bathroom would benefit from shelving and hooks. Bedroom from more sockets and storage.Smell of cigarette smoke from one of the bedrooms noticeable from the staircase.

No breakfast but that's fine with me. I rarely eat breakfast.

A bedside lamp would be nice.

The location There was nothing else to like,, um I see the response from the owner,, I cannot remember the last time I used baby wipes as my youngest grandchild is 8 and I do t use them at all thus must be down to a previous visitor though none were visible as you can see from the images,, I asked if we could pay for breakfast I was told by the owner that our room doesn't come with breakfast I'd pay the extra when we got there,, on booking.com they show reviews from 7plus years ago,, come on booking.com,, buck your selves up! We weren't rude at all, staff?? We saw her son for 4mins,, no-one around thenext day,, I. Sure many of you would like to here the phone 'conversation ' I had with the owner, enough to turn the air blue,, it's for the reason s a ove and others I am asking g for the mo ey back we had to endure the 1 night,, someone like this should not be in business and hopefully won't be much lo her,, she really is the lowest of the low,, wait till your hear her on the phone,,,,,,I never want to come unto contact with anyone as vile as this again

I booked a b&b,, they don't do breakfast so it was falsley advertiesd, tbe bed sheet was filthy I have photos, cold water in tbe shower, when it was hot water the next morning we couldn't use it because the toilet basin and shower were full of water, the window was broken so couldn't close , noisy from 5 am i trusted booking.com but wont use you again Worst 'b&b' experience ever,, why did you sell this to me booking.com???I looked for a b&b and you make it impossible fir me to contact you????
