I recently stayed at Mudix Royal Guesthouse and was extremely disappointed with the lack of basic services and poor room conditions. My experience did not match what was advertised, and I would not recommend staying here for the following reasons: Hygiene & Comfort: The room was untidy upon arrival. There were no sheets on the bed—only heavy blankets stored in the wardrobe. Furthermore, no towels were provided. Amenities: Despite advertising Wi-Fi, no password was provided, making it impossible to use. There were also no cups in the room to even have a cup of coffee. Safety Concerns: Most concerningly, there was a geyser located directly inside the shower area, which feels like a significant safety hazard. For the price charged, one expects at least a clean room and basic linens. The management needs to seriously look into their maintenance and service standards.
