The location and breakfast were very good.

There was a strong smell of cat urine and many stray cats. There was mold in the bathroom.

I’m so disappointed in general. Things in the room were dirty and broken. Staff was rude except for one guy. Definitely not a nice experience.

Location was the main attraction

Relatively low level of services. No help from staff on transport.of luggage, etc

Das Zimmer war schlichtweg eine Katastrophe. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, das Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden da sich unterhalb des Fensters eine Abluft von der Küche befindet die extrem Gestank in den Raum bläst.Eine lüftungsanlage befindet sich auch unterhalb des Fensters und macht extremen Lärm wie von einem Düsenjet. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich da laut Hotel ausgebucht ( was wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten). Wir hatten das Gefühl als Gäste die über booking gebucht hatten nicht ernst genommen zu werden. Dass hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr getrübt. Wir hatten 2 schlaflose Nächte und können diese Zimmer 36 und 37 keinesfalls empfehlen.

It was cool being on the Mont after all of the crowds had gone…

Poor communication on parking and check-in. I had to call 2 times and still found the check-in process to be extremely confusing. We finally found the reception and checked in only to be told we had to come back later to get the key. Just a little frustrating with all of the hills and steps. The facilities are a bit weathered/out-dated (which is to be expected).
