The host is super helpful and nice, everything went so easily. The apartment is a hidden jewerly box in the middle of the centre. I really enjoyed my time here. Thank you😊

Location Comfortable beds

Very nice style and decoration, top floor of a traditional builiding with much light (roof windows) and open space. Careful: this is a STUDIO (one single space) with one double bed downstairs and another one on a higher level. Perfect for group of friends, family with kids, or similar that do not mind sharing the same physical space.

The description text indicated two bedrooms plus common space, which was evidently wrong and not adequate for two colleagues travelling together. The owners acknowledged the error and found a solution for the following day.

The pictures of the keybox just showed a key and we found out later that the key code was "hidden" further down the screen where you had to scroll off the page. In the moment this was annoying and if the code had been on display more prominently would have been better, other than that everything was perfect

Perfect location, we could separate with one of the two beds on the gallery. The flat is relatively big and cosy.

Difficult to reach the flat through the narrow and high spiral stairs to the 2nd floor with no elevator. There was not enough space even for a person with a small suitcase and we needed two hands to support ourselves to get down safely (so suitcases could be brought step by step in both directions). Definetely not for people with coordination issues or disability (we had no such issues with my colleague). The street was a bit noisy during the night and the bed extremely soft (I had a back pain after the night). But except for these difficulties, there was no problems. It took for a while to receive an invoice afterwards (several messages without a reply), even if I fixed it while booking that we will need an invoice. But finally we received one.

Very good location, on the Grote Markt. Right in the center of the old city. Top storey apartment. Modern quirky apartment. Very bright and well furnished.

Check-in not straightforward. Got a text on the morning with a code for a lockbox, contacted by other person associated with with property who said she would normally like to welcome guests but would not be able to do so so she also gave the lock box code number. When we arrived at the accommodation there were four Lock Boxes at the side of the door but we did not know which one it was. Nothing to indicate which was ours. Had to text the contact number who told us to use lock box number to use, thankfully they did reply very quickly.. There were four apartments in the building so maybe they are all Gilly's Gallery and we just got one of them has there was cleaning done in some of them during our stay. We should have been told beforehand which lock box number to use or if they were concerned about security they should have advised us that we would need to contact them on arrival. We arrived just after start of check-in-time but had I arrived on my own late at night it would have been a difficulty for me. It would also have been a difficulty for people who are not handy with lockboxes.

The extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location! The deep bath! The bottle of wine! Comfortable beds. Washing machine and dryer. Dish tabs! Everything!

Nothing. I would suggest no guests that struggle with multiple stairs to book😉
