didnt stay so nothing

the fact that they failed to tell us about the £100 damage deposit till after i paid for it. they refuse to refund me the £88 it cost me to book it.

The location and there was plenty of space in the property

There was out of date food left in the fridge. One of the blinds was broken in one of the bedrooms. There were doors missing from some of the wardrobes. The back gate was wide open on arrival and wouldn't lock to prevent entry.. There were no towels, on the website it said that they were included.
