Kings villa amazing We decided to stay in this villa because we wanted to stay a little bit away from Kandy city and it was the right choice to make because Kandy city is full of noise and the king's villa was a little bit outside the city. Service was good and food was ok. They served a big western breakfast with a lot of items. We liked the homely feeling we received because of the friendliness of the staff. Also this villa has a big garden and a pool so it is ideal for a family with little kids. They gave us very good tips on what to do and where to visit in the rural parts of Kandy as we mentioned we don’t like to roam around a busy city. One of the staff members took us on a day trip to some of the places we would have never experienced on our own. This was the most interesting part of staying in this place as we could learn about the culture, religion , and food patterns of the locals. We also could enjoy very good tea in a tea factory where we learned the process of making tea. We really did enjoy our stay at the king's villa because compared to other places we stayed in Sri Lanka this place was a place of refuge. Keep in mind it is not located close to the city and it is around 10 km from the city center.

It was not clean, dirty sheets, towels, kitchen etc. we were a group of 6 and there were only 3 sun beds at the pool.

If you want a gateway far from the busy city it is a great choice. Super delicious breakfast and dinner The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Plus, the pool was beautiful and relaxing, surrounded by such a lovely setting. Overall, it was a stunning experience, and I can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay at Kings' Villa was simply fantastic! Nestled within its gated walls, this charming haven promises both safety and privacy.a private swimming pool with a beautiful garden. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most attentive and accommodating staff who ensured our every need was met with a smile. The breakfast is delicious. Wish I stayed longer but certainly, I will be visiting again, and I highly recommend this place.

Recently visited, had the most amazing unique experience. One of the best Villa I have visited. food is amazing, however the variety is less. The rooms are comfortable and provide all necessary amenities. The staff is very friendly and service is really good. Recommending this villa to anyone who seeks some privacy and peace of mind away from busy cities.❤️❤️

Small colonial type boutique Villa. Garden view from the villa is so magnificent as you get to see and admire different shades of greenery. My stay there at the kings villa with family, was indeed an enjoyable and a memorable one. Had a great privacy, relaxing time admiring the scenery and its calmness. Food was delicious, though selection is available in a-la-carte menu. Staff was also very corporative and attentive.

What an amazing place, as soon as I went in the house I knew it was way more than we were expecting, it is a huge house with only 4 rooms so everyone gets to have its privacy while also getting to spend time together in the common areas has its own balcony. I wish I could take it home with me! And don’t let me get started with the views,The entire house offers the beautiful garden and pool views. The house is a gem and my family and I had the best time! Thanks for sharing this treasure with us .

Very nice spacious house, and our family had a great time. The place was clean and had everything we needed including plenty of comfortable beds The house is quite big and good enough to stay around 10 people. Each room has its own bathroom and amenities are enough to stay comfortably. The caretaker helps very well. Value for money and highly recommended. Will definitely stay there if we visit Kandy again
