We got room in the top floor. No staff person is available for carrying luggage. We took our luggage from 4th floor from stairs.

Просторные, просто шикарные апартаменты, все оборудовано для комфортного проживания. Прекрасный вид. Персонал очень услужлив. Завтраки отличные.

В ванной комнате иногда немного присутствовал запах канализации.

The hotel was so beautiful and in a great location with access to shops and restaurants. The cave rooms are very clean, cosy, and have great facilities. Our king bed was comfortable. The breakfast is well worth adding in as it's a King's feast and delicious! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
