Booked what was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment and was given a room, offered a refund which i have not received or had any confirmation of and is ignoring communication

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect for an overnight/weekend stay."

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. I travelled with a work colleague and there was some confusion over the room when we arrived, as on the website it said it was a 2 bedroom apartment. However, we were shown to a double room. It was sorted out very quickly by the host and we were given two rooms.
