great location in city centre.

crazy guy making noise in the corridor, of which the room window just facing. That means there's no window at all.

"Budget accommodation in Tam Ky near all of the shopping and eating facilities."

This hotel is located near many shops and restaurants and places for coffee and street food. The room was adequate for the price. The room had a fridge and a kettle and the staff cleaned the room when I went out.

My room did not have a wardrobe and I suggest paying for a larger room at this hotel . The noise from the reception area (motorbikes and people) and the adjacent rooms was a problem. Not suitable for foreigners in my experience.
