Asimina is a wonderful hostess, period. Made sure that we are very comfortable. The pool and view is just superb, close to everything.

very nice and modern apartment. 5 min walking to to the very cozy center of Agios Nikitas, also very near beautiful beaches as: Milos or 10 min by car from Kathisma beach (full infrastructure) equally beautiful.

at first when we arrived we noticed the apartment was not very clean. however, i sent the owner a message and later she apologised and made sure the room was cleaned everyday.

I’ve stayed there for 4 days and I love it all. They have a great service, the owner received us really friendly and nice. The apartment were SUPER clean, the shower is amazing (the best of all places that we’ve stayed before), the localization is great cause you are next to the village with lots of restaurants, great beachs and supermarkets. There you will be really close to one of the most beautiful beaches (Mylos) that can be accessed by a 10 minutes walk. More than that, they have a incredible pool with an amazing view to the sea where you can enjoy the sunset in the chairs and umbrellas. Just in addition, regarding the place to park, this region here can be a little crowded sometimes, because there are lots of place to have dinner and beautiful beaches. So park in the street SOMETIMES is not so easy and I think that is great that The Ionian View offers parking space. It is not so difficult to access, at first I was a little worried but then I tried and saw that is really easy (even easier than parking in the street).

you have to be in real good condition since it is on the top of the hill and no breakfast no Lunch and no dinner. A lot of staire to go up and down with back , leg or foot problems.

The location is great with beautiful sea views and only a short walk to the beach, major restaurants and supermarkets. The room is very spacious and well appointed, and the swimming pool area was fantastic area to chill and enjoy the views. Mina is a brilliant host and went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one.
