Appartement moderne, très bien équipé, avec une literie impeccable et une superbe vue. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et arrangeants (départ retardé d’une heure). Prix très raisonnable.

Il manque un peu plus d’assiettes et de couverts pour éviter de faire tourner le lave-vaisselle trop souvent.

This place exceeded our expectations in many ways. The absolute standout was the cozy balcony with its stunning view — perfect for relaxing mornings or peaceful evenings, and easily one of our favorite spots during the stay. The apartment itself was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind. The kitchen was well equipped and practical for daily cooking (just bring a sharp knife if you like to cook a lot). The air conditioning in the living and kitchen area cooled things down quickly, which was much appreciated on hot days. The smart TV and large washing machine were both nice conveniences — especially the washer, which came in handy during our longer stay and after beach days. What truly set this place apart, though, was the host. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even before arrival, providing detailed local tips and ideas for day trips. Finally, it’s the small touches that really made it feel like home: board games, a ukulele, books, charging cables — all those thoughtful extras that show real care and attention to detail.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like, but it's worth noting that the apartment is located a bit outside the city center. For us, this was absolutely fine, just something future guests should be aware of. That said, the location on the edge of Zadar turned out to be a real advantage in many ways: it was peaceful, easy to reach by car, and the two dedicated parking spots made it a perfect base for day trips into the surrounding region.

Beautiful flat, like home from home. Lots of thought has gone into making it comfortable. Big supermarket 5 mins walk away too. Lovely balcony.

Location was a bit of a walk to the old town. But we knew that in advance.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bustling city center, making it convenient to explore. The place itself was complete with all the amenities one could need, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The apartment was really lovely with amazing views of the sea and island in the distance. It was great value and the host was really great and very quick to respond to any queries we had. We had a wonderful stay and would really recommend this apartment for a family or group of adults.

Our stay in the apartment in Zadar was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was beautiful, clean and brand new, making it a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The furniture and fittings were all new and modern, making it a very stylish and enjoyable space. The kitchen and bathroom were both well equipped with all the necessary amenities such as coffee, tea and basic toiletries. This made it very convenient and enjoyable to stay in the apartment, as everything was provided for.
