First, the location nearby beach is really valuable, the room is clean and good looking, the bathroom is well equipped with a good mechanical ventilation, room is cleaned everyday with towels change, despite the size the owner managed to put a tiny fridge, enough for 5 small bottles. Everyday we received 2 bottles of water. Although the owner does not speek english you can communicate via whatsup with google translation. There is a Smart TV with direct Netflix and Prime accces and a really good Wi-Fi. On the common corridor you have a coffee machine and a tea set. Air condition is aviable

1. The bulding is under reconstruction, do every working day there is a lot of noise, the 1 floor with 3 rooms is the only functional 2. The stairways are small, it would be very hard for some people to carry a suitcase to the room. 3. Last, but the most important, which influenced my stay very negativly: There is NO window, just the pseudowindow oppening to the staircase. Its something hardly bareable.

Nice location near the beach. Free parking nearby. House was communicative. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Great bathroom amenities. Didn’t use the Bath so can’t speak for it!

Bedside lamps would have been excellent. The free coffee/tea wasn’t fantastic - plastic cups only for tea.

Lage sehr gut, direkt am Strand. Gutes Frühstück direkt um die Ecke in einem kleinen Café. Zimmer sehr sauber und Bett und Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Check-In und Check-Out ist unkompliziert und der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht.

Sehr zentrale Lage und sauberes Zimmer. Sehr netter Gastgeber.

Der Silver Room hat kein Fenster bzw. eines ins Treppenhaus. Hätten wir das gewusst, dann hätten wir uns nicht für das Zimmer entschieden.

Un buen departamento. Limpio y moderno. Poco apto para claustrofóbicos.😂

Habría que planificar el recambio de colchon. El resto impecable.

El contacto con el anfitrión no fue muy fluido. Pedimos una paga eléctrica y no fue provista. El edificio estaba en remodelación y no nos fue alertada la situación antes de ingresar
