Location very very close to NSH. Acceptable traffic noise when the balcony & windows were closed. A lot of eateries & other stores about 5min drive away. 2 car lots given by default which was a plus. Apartment was very clean. No unpleasant smell whatsoever. Well furnished as well. Travelling with young kids, we truly appreciate the water dispenser & washer dryer. Communication with Mr Rizal was also splendid. Self check-in instructions were very clear. RM100 deposit was done via TnG which was convenient for non Malaysians like us...
