Very good location , clean and friendly staffs.

No gym

I had a terrible experience, I wasn’t checked in. I was told to contact Expedia because they are yet to get a confirmation email from Expedia. This was 10pm at night. I showed my receipt, my confirmation number, my itinerary number, I logged into Expedia in their presence to show all the details. The General manager said I should do another booking and pay in their presence to be sure I booked. I eventually left the hotel looking for another hotel very late at night in Nigeria. Be warned about this kind of treatment from the OTK’s apartment management

Friendly and ready-to-assist staff and manager. Food and drinks are competitively priced. I enjoyed the wide array of TV channel options available. I was even able to watch the new season of Rings of Power on the smart TV. Overall, it's a new hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations.

Very neat hotel. Most courteous and helpful staff I've ever met in hotels. From the Manager to the Janitor. I truly appreciate their sweet spirit. I got more than I bargained for. Very cool and homely environment. Best for retreat and I will surely be here again as God gives me the opportunity. I recommend this hotel to anyone who loves neatness and quietness. It feels like home away from away. Thank you OTK Manager for your help to make things easier for me. Picks up calls and replies messages asap. I am very grateful 🙏
