The apartment itself was okay, but our stay was really let down by poor service and communication. When we arrived, the PIN code provided for check-in was wrong, so we were left waiting outside in the rain for about 15 minutes before we could get in. Once inside, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. The TV wasn’t connected to the Wi-Fi, which should have been a red flag that there was already an issue before we arrived. The Wi-Fi network we were told to use didn’t appear on any of our devices — only the 5G version showed up, and the password provided didn’t work. We tried around 10 times, double-checking everything, but the host simply insisted the password was correct and did nothing to help resolve the problem. Overall, really disappointing service. The basics like access codes and working Wi-Fi should be properly checked before guests arrive — we expected far better communication and support.

Douchekop was voor Nederlandse reuzen een beetje laag. Ik (1.83 m) paste er net onder. Mijn man van 1,96 niet. This is Italy 😆
