The staff was great help, very friendly and assisted when we had a drink spill in our room.

There are no positives for staying there and I'd recommend it be removed form booking.com. My beds felt like we were sleeping on the floor and blankest weren't comfy to sleep under. Out side my room was the only window in the whole building and it had no glass. Since room had no aircon or any type of heating system. We were ice cold the whole night. Even though I rented a bed for my daughter in another room, we had her sleep with us by how cold it was. The bathrooms have zero privacy and showers makes u feel like u leaving more dirty than when you got it.

The shared bathroom, but it's indicated on their site so it was not hidden. At least the showers were clean all the time.

The issue was cold showers when ever you need to take a shower, you need to ask them first and you would wait for hours and probably end up using the cold water.
