Nice accommodation, excellent staff and friendly service

No iron or hairdryer

The location was good. Great for young kids. Mine are grown up

No parking directly outside the accomodation resulting in a long drag carrying luggage.

Nice area bands at night good idea

No Aircon way too hot

Clean, functional nice location.

Kitchen not equipped with basics. E.g. salt, pepper, tea, coffee. Also towels not included.

Our caravan was not well euipt for self catering at all. No bath/shower mats, so constant wet bathroom floor. No oven proof trays or dishes. No dishwasher tablets. No wifi unless paid extortionate weekly price.

Staff were pleasant a lot to do good eateries

Beds were very uncomfortable

Booked two caravans for a family weekend away, I requested them to be together and to leave space in one of the twin rooms for a travel cot. We understood the bed linen to be included as the caravans were gold standard and that beds would be made up. When we got there the beds were only made up in one of the caravans and the space not left for the travel cot. I emailed guest relations and have received a very nice email back apologising, but it was still a bit of a faff when we first got there but didn’t ruin our holiday by any means. The property itself has so much to do for everyone, it was perfect for a family getaway and I’m sure we will come again.

We did like the property, maybe some visual information about what is on every day over the whole weekend rather than just on the app allowing to plan. We had trouble with the app, and wondered if it was because we did not book directly through Seal bay as we did not have a recognisable booking ID.

The caravan was very well cleaned and we had two toilets which was fantastic for a group of 7. The living space was huge, the kitchen well equipped, we didn’t miss anything.

The single beds were quite small. It would be a struggle for a large adult. The walls of the bedrooms were paper thin but there is a door that separated the living space from the bedrooms so it is only an issue in the evening.
