Breakfast was poor Lot of traffic as the premises are on the corner of a 4 way junction

The bathroom is in need of replacing

Location and staff were brilliant.

Very good location for going into St Andrews

Staff were fantastic hotel was a bit dated needs a good refurb.

Very warm and welcoming host. Room was excellent with some lovely touches like water and biscuits. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We spent the day In St Andrew’s and this was the perfect stop at the end of the day as only a 15min drive and better value for money! We arrived a bit late but Krystle met us with a smile and helped us with our bags. Was comfortable room and a lovely breakfast was included with cereal, toast, scrambled eggs, yogurt, juices tea and coffee was all we needed to start our drive to Inverness.

Friendly staff at breakfast

Very uneven, creaky bathroom floor. Room extremely hot but windows opened to crossroads and traffic noise.

Room was a good size, staff very friendly, nice breakfast.

Saturday night so a lot of noise from other guests coming in late, a bit of road noise.

Bed very comfortable and room spacious

Breakfast was poor. Scrambled egg was cold and that was the cooked breakfast so could do with upping their game for the cooked breakfast ,although they did have cereal ,yogurt and cold platter.Tea was stewed but they did bring fresh tea on request ,and separate hot water would be helpful.
