Clean, comfy, updatedish room. Friendly staff, all the expected amenities. Bar/dinner/breakfast on site. Honestly just a solid hotel if you plan to visit st. Andrews.

While breakfast is included, would love to see a broader breakfast selection, breakfast sandwich perhaps?

"We enjoyed our stay."

The couple who managed the facility were wonderful and very welcoming and friendly. The location was great, close to St. Andrews and lots of parking available. Good breakfast.

It would be nice to have more convenient outlets for charging phones, etc. More hooks/shelves in bathroom.

"OMG what an amazing B&B.. a place to call home"

An OMG moment to stay at the beautiful olden style B&B. The room was lovely and clean, cosy but not too small. Great bed and it was lovely to have a soak in the bath after a day of sightseeing. Krystal and Manuel were so accommodating and friendly. They even put our suitcases in our room for us. Nothing was a problem. A wonderful breakfast was also supplied every morning. A perfect place to stay close to St Andrew’s and Dundee . The bus stop was just outside the Inn. I highly recommend to stay there and can’t wait to one day go back.

"The best stay we have had in our ten day trip of Scotland. Wished we had booked more than one day with them."

The Staff and Chef were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They went out of there way to prepare a meal for a couple in our group who wee delayed for check in. The Chef is excellent and our dinner selections were the best. It was a cozy Inn (Circa Late 1700’s) that was just what we we’re interested in staying. We were a group of six who thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Owners very friendly and helpful. Provided breakfast earlier than normal to cater for our needs. Very homely atmosphere. Evening meal food looked great although didn't eat there as weren't sure when booking if food was provided

On busy main road so a little noisy at times.

Wonderful hosts. Very comfortable. Evening dinner delicious. Good breakfast

Shower over bath was quite rickety. Suggest a future conversion to a shower cubicle.
