New building , very clean and organised . Bathroom is spotless clean . Bed is comfortable and clean .

Hussain and his wife are local Maldivian couple who have recently opened Avi guest house. They are very attentive and prompt with their communication. From the time of booking they reached out to me via WhatsApp to make communication easier. We have had many holidays on local islands on the Maldives, so we are use to the private owner guest house set up. At Avi we had 3 rooms one room each for a similar price for one room with triple occupancy. The 3 rooms were good for us as my kids n I had been travelling through India and needed space from each other. This made Avi the preferred guesthouse. At Avi you are staying in a guest house with only 5 rooms. This makes it quiet. At the time the owners were on site to greet us but during our stay we were there alone. The beds & linen are the best, especially after crap beds & linen you get in Indian guest houses. The beds are of high quality and king size which are big enough for a family with little kids. There is plenty of space in the rooms, fans, A/C, wardrobe, bedside lighting for reading, tinted windows so you can sleep in with blackout windows. The bathroom is open to the sky. This makes for the full tropical experience. Towels are large, fresh & white. In the foyer area there is a bathroom & tea/coffee making.

As Avi has just opened, I’m sure there will be a few more additions to make it even better.
