1. Staff behavior. 2. Lift is not there. 3. Staff is not supportive, even for luggage(One bag only) also we had to ask for multiple times and had to wait an hour for them to carry it to the 2nd floor. 4. We booked 1 room for 2 adults. But they gave only 1 towel, 1 shop. And the height was they gave only one thooth brush :) :).
ININordered 1/2 biryani for lunch upon arrival. got half cooked rice with one piece of 1/2 chicken wing. neither the quality nor the quantity is good.

Firstly, we booked the room for 5 members and they gave the beds for 3. The extra pillows and beds didn't have covers/bedsheets. There was no hot water facility. The staff was unhelpful. AC remote was not provided, TV connection was not there. Bedsheets, pillow covers were all used ones and it was dirty. There was no organized parking space and security told us to park in an empty space in front of the hotel. It took us 2 hours to take our car out of that space as some nut job guest had blocked our car. Insanely over priced and not at all worthy. If you need a pleasant stay, DON'T EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL.
