GOLDEN APARTMENT With SEA BAY VIEW - Đà Nẵng

we were denied access to the gym , and told it was undergoing maintenance and when I checked with the front desk they said it was not undergoing maintenance it was simply with this booking we were not allowed. Had to get permission to use the pool ,and that was also very disappointing . Not many facilities near the Hotel

We had a great stay at this apartment! Amazing view on the city and landscape. It's a bit away from the busy touristy area but everything you need is in 10-15 minute reach. Great value for money!

The room was perfect, as was the view. The owner was attentive when we needed batteries for the air-con remote. He was also attentive to helping fix the problem of our not being registered to use the pool. The pool was the reason we stayed at the hotel. We appreciated the owner giving us a slight discount due to the problems stated below. Once we finally got access to the pool, we loved it Great views. The location, although distant from the main attractions, it offered a great view over the bay and harbour and bridges and downtown.

The owner, although pleasant, could have been better prepared for our stay. We weren't registered so we couldn't use the pool which is why we booked! Staff on the whole, were not friendly, which we found odd. Desc says workout room avail which is was not. The photos show two pools, there is only one. It IS a great pool though with fantastic views. Overall the staff seemed either detached or not willing to help us in any way because we had booked privately. This detracted from our stay, especially when they wouldn't let us in the pool more than once! The owner could have been more communicative to let us know what was happening. We didn't know if he was working on it or not but he eventually told us he was. There was only one key to the room which was very problematic for a family of three.

It is an apartment with incredible view, infinity pool is exceptional. We had a great stay, host is an extremely nice man, he rented us a scooter too. Very clean, comfy place. It is located in Wyndham Golden Bay.

Not a problem, but note that the apartment is a private property, not a part of Wyndham hotel, therefore you don’t have breakfast or room service. Building is out of the center of Da Nang, again not a problem as it compensates you with the views and luxury you get.
