Przemiła obsługa (pan z Indii) oraz lokalizacja bardzo blisko linii brzegowej. Świetne skomunikowanie autobusowe z innymi częściami wyspy. Hotel ma dwa tarasy, jeden dachowy trochę surowy, lecz to duży atut przy niewielkim obiekcie. Są udogodnienia jakie nie zawsze się spotyka w budżetowych miejscach, np. lodówka na korytarzu, suszarka na życzenie, przejściówki do gniazdek z UK na Eu U standard.

Łazienka mogłaby być większa, może trochę częściej w pokoju ogólnie, lecz generalnie wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu.
