Οι χώροι είναι άνετοι και η τοποθεσία καλή. Βέβαια η επίπλωση θα μπορούσε να είναι και πιο σύγχρονη ειδικά στο σαλόνι και στις ντουλάπες που είναι μάλλον για πέταμα.

Δεν μπορείς να χρεώνεις 150 σχεδόν ευρώ σε ένα παγωμένο σπίτι μέσα στην υγρασία που δεν μπορεί με τίποτα πασχαλιάτικα να ζεσταθεί από τα aircondition και που ντουβάρια, ταβάνια, τοίχοι, ντουλάπες είναι φουστωμένα ενώ σεντόνια και πετσέτες είναι υγρά..
