View and somehow comfortable stay, aircon is cold.

Restroom door handle is broken. Working but broken, yeah.. If you locked inside, it's kind of difficult to open it. No complimentary coffee and water bottle.

i thought this was hotel not airbnb. host hard to contact and delayed authorization to check in which was frustrating. No mention on booking.com that it was an airbnb or you had to pay extra to use pool, which was very disappointing.

The room is really minimalized. AC is very cold. Room is very well maintain. Value for money for overnight stay.

There are roaches around the area. Wifi is slow and netflix account is expired. There is also a colored towel (blue) that smells unpleasant. Bath mat should not be considered as bath towel. (Towels = 2 white, 1 blue and 1 bath mat). No blanket provided for bed. 1 was set up but very small. Bed in the main room doesnt have a blanket.

Good location. Good host. Food market place near and easy walking to SM Mall. Worth of price visiting.

The building had many cockroach but thats not the host fault because i seen that also elsewhere than in our room.
