Petit appartement neuf, fonctionnel et propre. Cuisine bien équipée avec un plus pour la machine à café. Le parking privé.

L'emplacement dans une zone industrielle avec des bâtiments en construction et éloigné de la plage (une voiture est indispensable). Paiement des taxes à laisser sur place (source d'oubli). Appartement très petit avec salle de douche minuscule. Pas de fer à repasser ni de séchoir à linge.
