Location, room size and free parking.

We found ants everywhere inside the unit, from our arrival. No full mirrors or tv. Not enough lights. Bathroom door / frame rotten, that doesn't close properly. The fridge handle is broken and replaced with a ring of electric tape. Shower sink not working properly. We found dog poop almost every day in the walkway.

Apartment is clean and spacious. It has everything you need in a great location.

Having to book in a time to meet someone at the property. We booked the property late and couldn’t get in till 5.30pm even though the property was available from 4pm. Not a problem if you book early you’ll get the 4pm time. The lady that met us was lovely though.

Location to beach and town centre. Spacious. Lovely host.

Tv didn’t work. No street view.

Great quiet location, just 5 mins walk from the main centre of Polignano a Mare. 40 min drive from Bari airport. Convenient to all the local restaurants, bars, etc, but sufficiently out of the busyness of the centre for those who appreciate some peace and quiet. Spacious apartment with private outdoor deck. Secure (gated) private car parking. Attentive hosts who met me for check-in and check-out and provided local advice. Good wifi and air con in the bedroom and lounge space.

The cooker hob was not working, but an alternative electric ring was provided. The extractor fan in the bathroom and the safe were not operational, but neither impacted on my stay. I informed the hosts and they said they would arrange for both to be fixed as soon as possible.

Great location

The front gate is very hard to lock and unlock. Would not recommend more that 3-4 people for this apartment as there is only 1 bathroom and only enough hot water for around 3 showers.

Amazing location, great private parking space, very kind staff, quiet neighborhood, nice if a bit small bathroom.

Couldn’t use the fridge as it was reeking with a smell. Same about the kitched furniture, opted for not cooking at home. Extra double bed was terrible for comfort. Property gate lock was not working and did not get replaced. 2 out of 3 reading lamps had a bad bulb. 1 of the two airconditioners was not cooling, only blowing air.
