Rooms were pleasant

All private busses stopping infront of hotel for goods and courriers is irritating

Rooms and accessibility!! Manager Mr.babu was exceptionally good and helpful.

The property looked newly renovated and it was ok overall. The staff were nice and courteous, the manager at the front desk let us check in a bit earlier, though he had accepted to letting us check in 1-1.5 hrs earlier, we actually checked in 30 mins before their defined check in time. They let us have one room to get in and rest while the other room was being cleaned. While checking out too, they allowed us to check out an hour late. The staff were courteous.

We had two rooms and one of the rooms was fine but the other room required repair in the toilet, the basin drainage leaked and the room did not have one window and so the noise from outside was rather disturbing. The placement was such that there are big buses lined up everywhere in the road in front of the property, making it difficult for even walking. They do not have provision of even one liter of water, the first night was difficult because we expected we would get at least one bottle but did not get. They do not provide the simple toiletries too.

Breakfast options were poor and service starts late. Morning coffee also comes only after 6:30am the reporting of staff. The ambience is very bad and not family friendly, especially the bar under the building is a nuisance. Poor service and location of the hotel.
