INWaste of money, no basic facilities like hot water, room services. Stayed for 3 days with family. No one cleaned and changed bed sheets in between, staff do not care about guests, you have to chase them every time for water etc. toilets are not clean stains everywhere. Complimentary breakfasts are the worst of the worst. Don't ever try this hotel. Disappointed.

MVThe moment we step into the property my booking got cancelled. Just 30 minutes before that the guy in reception called us to pay the amount to secure booking. And as we were on the way to the property we said we will go and make the payment right away. And the guy agreed that he will wait. And he claims that booking.com cancelled it and not him. We were asked to leave as the hotel was sold out.
We knew they sold the room and they canceled our booking. Meaning that the the management is heartless and they only think about the money.

Reaching the property was hell. Very bad condition roads till the property. Kindly request local authorities to get involved for repair
