We dint like the way they handled the facility. We booked this facility because of the swimming pool. I went with my family. My kid wanted to get into the pool but they always said ther is no power. Since it was a heated pool, we always got an answer that there is no power. In our 2 nights and 3 days stay We could not even access the pool not even a single day. For the low climate which we have in coorg, its difficult to use the pool without heated. I would like to request the hotel management to be prepared and help customers is accessing the facilities.
