Tiny House Bari

L'appartamento molto pulito con l'attrezzatura di base che serve per godersi delle vacanze. La location perfetta, 15 minuti alla spiaggia Pane e Pomodoro, 10 minuti a Bari Vecchia e stazione centrale. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Tantissimi bar e ristoranti a portata di mano.

We stayed in Bari for four days, with two of them serving as a stopover for our trips to Polignano and Alberobello. The transportation was very convenient, with the train station just a ten-minute walk away and the Bread and Tomato Beach a fifteen-minute walk. I really liked Ivan, who received us! He was warm, talkative and cute! He even helped us carry a heavy and large suitcase!

Convenient location for both trips to the beach and the city center. Incredibly friendly and helpful owner. Clean apartment with all we needed.

Noisy neighbors. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable.

The apartment has a friendly host, a perfect location, close to all points of interest in the city. The recently renovated apartment looks good, even if it is a small place.

The sofa creaks very loudly, which is very disturbing at night. In general, the building is very noisy, especially in the evening. We were frequently woken by the tourists from the next room, the small entrance being shared by the two apartments. For breakfast, there are some plastic-packed supermarket cakes and a bottle of juice per person for seven days.

Great place, has everything you need. Location is a walkable distance from Pane e Pomodoro beach, train station as well as the historical city centre. Lots of places to eat nearby. Very good contact with the host, he is friendly and helpful.

- It's not a 'One Bedroom Apartment', it's a 'Room with Private Bathroom'. The apartment has been partitioned into two, meaning you're sharing an apartment with people in the other room. This has been a common "misunderstanding" throughout our trip in Italy. - Since it's partitioned, the sound isolation isn't that good. Having Alexa was great but I couldn't listen to music properly without worrying about people next door since I could hear them a bit too clearly. - The sofa bed could be more comfortable with a new mattress.

The location of the apartment is just PERFECT! It took only 10 minutes from the apartment to the city center and 15 minutes to the train station (we traveled a lot by train every day!) The apartment is located in a good, pretty safe not-touristy district which was great ) The host is very kind and hospitable; he speaks English. He treated us to breakfast in a local bakery shop in the morning when we arrived and offered us a great city tour on the first day in Bari. Now I know lot's of legends about the city and can recognize the main historical and tourist places. At the end of the tour this man treated us to the best gelato in Bari, and it was very sweet of him. Last but not least, the host gave us a list of REALLY GOOD local places with good food. Please, visit "Nuovo Panificio Roma" bakery close to your apartment, it's worth it! The owner was in touch while we were in Bari; it was easy to ask for his help if it was needed. The apartment is pretty good. It has a really big bed, washing machine, iron, TV, coffee machine with coffee capsules. The bed is really big which was great! The place is really tiny but pretty comfortable to stay in!

As for a cheap tourist who usually tries to eat breakfasts/dinners at home, the kitchen was not very comfortable to cook (you just don't have enough room to cook.) I would also recommend the owner to buy a cutting board and a cooking knife. But obviously, that's not a big deal:) Despite the big size of the bed, it was cracking sometimes which was not fun:)
