Stylish Condo at Clarendon with Rooftop Views

Great location, close to metro and restaurants and grocery stores.

The beds were comfortable. That's it.

1. Your 1st impression walking into the room is filthy walls with huge black Marks on them, not the best site to see 2. Beds were made but had that many crinkles in the top sheet, others may have not cared but we own a motel and it's something we pride ourselves on when making the beds, yours weren't even tucked in..  3. Table setting in kitchen is totally unnecessary and a waste of time, we had to move them all to even sit down.  4. Hair in cutlery draw 5. No wash cloth, no dishwasher tablets, no plug for sink 6. No washing machine tablets so we couldn't do washing and no teatowel 7. Shower curtain has mold on it right where you stand in the shower eye level 8. One roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 2 nights 9. Towels are the smallest towels we've ever seen and poor quality, no floor mat for shower, no extra towels, no hand soap in the dispenser on the counter  10. No tissues  11. Balcony was filthy, chairs are stained 12.  Passport IDs were needed which is ridiculous we've stayed all over the world and have never needed to send through our IDS, for security thst is obsurd The Biggest thing is the air conditioning and heating.  We complained on the 1st night that we were freezing, and we were basically told bad luck, so we slept with beanies, jumpers, and socks on. We were freezing, so I called this morning to complain again and was told that someone would come over to fix it, we then get a msg at 2.30pm even though that call was made at 8.30am so you had all day but we were still out exploring so with no warning from you, because we weren't home you decided to leave, you could have called as you had our number, so when I got home at 3.12pm to tell you I was home I got a response to say someone would be in touch, I got tired of waiting so I called at 4.37pm only to be told that noone was coming. 

Location was excellent, 1-2 blocks from the Metro,Trader Joe’s,Whole Foods and many restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious enough for 4 people, and at the end of the hallway on the 2nd floor so it was very quiet. Communication with management was great.

Change out the shower liner, provide more than one hand towel, install some hooks to hang towels, provide basics for kitchen: ie dish towel, dishwasher soap. Minor things but makes a difference.

It was a great location.

It did not provide supplies. I.E. toilet paper, hand soap, and wash towels.

So easy to communicate with management. Front desk staff for the building was exceptional!

Just a simple suggestion - as a female on vacation I NEED a body length mirror where I stay to check my outfit, shoes, etc. :)

I loved the clean and friendly staff member greeting at the front desk. There were a lot of nice dining areas around also, only 10min. walk to Metro subway station. There was a parking spot under the apartment. I am highly recommend to stay here and I will stay next time to visit the DC area.
