"Good value if you are on a budget. But not comfortable because it is noisy even when it is late."

The apartment size was great. Washing machine is an asset. The elevator is also a bonus. Close to the famous landmarks so the location is good.

Noisy neighbours. A lot of loud music even after 10 pm. ( every nite) None of the cooking pots have lids. Not enough table cloths ( only 1 is provided for four days stay) Bedsheet is very old and so it is very rough.

Fabulous location in Capo, very peaceful but so close to markets, Via Maqueda, Teatro Massimo etc.

We hadn't noticed when booking there is no sofa or tv - no problem but unusual, so worth mentioning if this is important for your stay.

Really welcoming host, it was really easy that you check in at any time. The host even helped us arrange a transfer to the airport and give us a lot of tips for the area! Appartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect for long and short stays.

It seemed that in the bathroom or at the appartment upstairs there was a problem with the air/water pressure. This gave some high pitched loud noises at night. But I gave the feedback to the host and I have all the confidence that he will do something about it!

Couldn’t recommend this property enough! Great central location really close to the markets. Clean, modern and Alberto has thought of everything you might need in the apartment. Excellent value for money too!
