Only Pompei and the Vesuvius are wow

We were travelling to Pompei as we needed one night in a hotel and after confirming everything from Booking.com, we could not communicate with the property as NOBODY answered to our calls, so we cancelled. The problem is that the owner of the hotel texted us that he was waiting for us!!!! I told him that since there was no response from them, we were obliged to find somewhere else. After, we received only offensive messages from the host, which was not the case, being their fault. I don't suggest taking this venue in such a great place as Pompei, just because of the host's behaviour.

Very convenient location right next to the Pompei station, many good restaurants nearby. The room is well decorated and in a decent size, the jacuzzi and sauna were definitely a bonus, especially after lots of walks in Pompeii ruins.

Breakfast options not great, especially if you’re gluten free. Had to buy our own bread for them to toast

How was super helpful when we arrived, room was great too!

I really liked the place, very clean and nice. The location is central but please take into considiration that the room is located above railvay station. Not very busy one but you can still hear an announcments when window is open.

Beautifully presented room in a great location for exploring Pompeii. Hot tub is an added luxury. Simple breakfast in the cafe below. Was hard to find the actual location of the room and staff were quite slow to respond to messages to find it. Also hard to locate breakfast (it’s in the cafe below). Also no where to store luggage so would need to pay around €10 to store at the local station.

Difficult to find and slow communication from staff. Wifi didn’t work.
