Cozy apartment Stefan cel Mare

Au trimis mesaj că anuleaza cazarea , pe motiv ca vor vinde apartamentul , deși fusese achitată obligatoriu înainte pentru cele cinci zile . Am contactat atât platforma de închiriere căt și proprietatea. Rezultatul la acest moment este zero. Plata cazării este tot la platforma sau gazdă iar eu si familia a trebuit sa ne cautam alta cazare , alți bani.

At first, the apartment looks nice BUT the bed is contaminated by BEDBUGS. I got a rush on my back after the first night, so when making the bed I removed the bed sheets finding just a foam with no cover and full of bedbugs (see pictures). REALLY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. We were a family of 3 staying for 6 nights and only received 2 sets of towels and a roll of toilet paper. When contacting the owner to supply us with additional items, she replied saying that she was in the USA and the cleaning lady was away visiting her family. At the end, we have to buy an extra towel for our daughter and toilet paper. The building is promoted as smoke free, but there was a constant smell of cannabis coming from the floor below. Also when we entered the apartment it smelled of cigarettes and an ashtray was left in the kitchen window. Again, something very unpleasant for a family traveling with a kid. The elevator is quite old. If people don't close the doors it doesn't go (which happened at least 4 times to us). Be prepared to go up 6 floors with bags or kids. **Editing to add that after posting this review the owner of the apartment has sent us threatening messages including sentences like "I will find a way to make this even, trust me"; "Anywhere I can complain about you or (my partner's name) I will". For this reason, I have lowered my score from 4 to 1. These kinds of messages are unacceptable, unethical, and I believe they go against Booking's Code of Conduct.

I recently stayed at the Cozy Apartment in Bucharest for two days, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The apartment was well-maintained and had everything one could need for a comfortable stay. From the cozy bedroom to the fully-equipped kitchen and the spotless washroom, every corner of the space was thoughtfully designed. The TV lounge was perfect for relaxing after a long day, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The owner deserves a special mention for being incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They ensured I had all the information I needed and promptly addressed any questions I had. Their hospitality truly made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, this apartment is a perfect choice for anyone visiting Bucharest, whether for business or leisure. I highly recommend it for its comfort, convenience, and the excellent support from the owner.
