"10/10 view for an incredible price"

Nice apartment with everything needed for a short stay. I have compared hotels in batumi for multiple hours as it was hard to find out which view they had. This apartment is in the 32nd floor and the view on the pictures is correct. You can see the city and the sea to the left. That was important for me as some other apartments only face the other big Orbi city block or the other side of the city. Everything clean, supermarket nearby (you can also get anywhere by bolt) I would definitely book here again and already recommended it

The balcony door was a bit stuck at first and I worried about ripping the handle off when pulling that hard 😅 Another wish from me: On the balcony there is a small gap between the balcony floor and the parapet. I always worried about dropping my phone and that it would bounce off the floor into that gap and falll 32 stories down. I would suggest putting a wooden plank in that gap to prevent stuff from falling down. 😅That would make sitting on the balcony far less stressful ;)
