No había mas que una toalla. Y faltaba una manta. Pero todo perfecto. La tele no funcionaba.

We have booked this place as it was near new year's and most places were fully booked. We paid 154£ for 3 nights which was very expensive compared to what the place was. The apartment is in an OK location, far from Jama El Fna but still in a walkable distance. We got the full floor for ourselves which is two rooms/living room/bathroom/toilet and kitchen. I would say that the place needs cleaning, it seems that it was locked for a long time and we were the first ones to be there. The toilets definitely need renovation. We have not slept the first night as we were not given the key to the our floor, only the outside door. When we asked, the guy confirmed that we were the only ones there but we found out later that the second floor was also rented. We contacted him the following day and he happily provided it. PS: there is one bird or maybe two living there, I did not mind that at all, I actually enjoyed it.

No isolation, 2 cm gap around the windows, the riad is very dark, there was a bird living in the building that left excrements on the living room table
