Ella Nine Peaks

Obsługa obiektu bardzo miła. Popsuło się nam auto i odrazu nam pomogli ze wszystkim związanym z naprawą tak że praktycznie nie musieliśmy nic robić

Amazing location and great facilities. We loved the pool, the communal seating area and the bathroom. JD was a credit to the property, he was professional and friendly. JD was present when we needed him without being visible all the time and he was very respectful. Ella Nine Peaks should definitely keep hold of him!! We had food in the evening which was tasty and plentiful and the breakfast was also very good. We would've loved to have stayed longer but we were on a tight schedule and didn't realise how much we would love this place! It's also ideal if you are part of a group due to the layout of the villas. There was a problem with driver accommodation which we were not made aware of before our arrival but we managed to sort it by paying a reduced rate for another room. We have known our driver/guide for over 10 years and we were happy to pay the extra. We visit Sri Lanka at least once a year, we will definitely stay here again!

It would have been good to have been told there was no water to the driver/guide accommodation before we arrived but we were thankful there were vacant rooms and we could pay a reduced rate so they didn't have to find accommodation elsewhere.

The spare bed was very shakie and hard. The food could have been a little bit more abundant and higher quality.

Malheureusement la piscine était trop froide pour en profiter Le manager qui attendait devant la chambre au Check out pour qu’on s’en aille - peu cordial et accueillant La terrasse de notre chambre non privative (les enfants des autres clients jouant devant notre chambre)

We had an exceptional stay at Nine Peaks, it exceeded our expectations! The room was cute and very clean, so was the bathroom. The view was breathtaking, if you like peace and quiet this is perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly and caring. Our highlight was that one of the hosts took us through the jungle to a hidden temple, he took us to a hidden waterfall and tried some local food with us.
