Case VR Holiday - Terrazza Arena

Lovely to be greeted at the apartment, rather than a key safe. Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and messaged later with great recommendations for activities and restaurants. I enjoyed the Giusti Gardens, which I would never have clocked otherwise. Flat is really well presented. Room sizes are good and beds were comfortable. Electric external blinds were a bonus. Terrace is really big and was nice for the evening. Washing machine was useful. Location so close to the Arena was great. I loved the deli down the road. Owner was fab. I really enjoyed Verona and the flat. Air on worked well, too.

Be aware that the lift requires a few steps to reach if access is an issue. The expectation of the building is that you are not making noise outside after 10.00pm. That was a positive for me!

Great location, modern design, space to play, lots of storage and hanging space, clothes washer and the elevator.

Terrace was not usable because the rain water didn't drain, it was clogged.
