A dream in Portofino Piazzetta

The property is right at the heart of Portofino. Don’t look away if you want something that is close to anything and you everything. It was clean and came with basic amenities. The owner was very very helpful and was always reachable on phone . The cooker are quite good and Utensils provided . Also comes with a very decent internet connection. The view from the balcony is amazing too.

First of all - three flight of stairs which are quite steep . The sofa beds were a little hard to setup and honestly quite heavy . The property is missing a washing machine so if you are looking to stay a week , might need to find a laundry . The property needs some refurbishment like broken doorknob and possibly something around the bunk bed room . It is very dark . And last and very important , the charger plugs on the wall are very old style so you would struggle to charge your phones and laptops with basic converters for overseas visitors.

We had a great experience during our stay. perfect location, you are at the heart of Portofino with an amazing view. Apartment was very comfortable with two kids. Stairs are steep as mentioned in other comments but it is worth to have the beautiful view. We managed with two kids. Owner was also very helpful. We highly recommend. Very good option with an affordable price.

Nothing!! The place is not luxurious at all, the beds are really just the sofa's in the living room, the bedroom is tiny and only has a bunkbed. The bathroom has three levels (seriously), but the worst thing about the place is the stairs. They claimed it was easy, just two floors of stairs, which is a lie, The unit is on the 4th floor (US counting or 3rd floor European). The stairs are super scary, steep, narrow and straight up with a turn at the top. It is more like climbing a ladder then walking up stairs. If you are afraid of heights, have mobility issues, are traveling with children or much luggage, you probably should pass on this place. This place is so bad, we had the rent something else last minute. If the owner was honest, we never would have rented this place. I could go on and on about this place but I won't. The only other thing I'd like to mention, is other people have called them out on their lies, and Booking.com has allowed them to continue misrepresenting the unit and is zero help in trying to resolve anything. I call Booking.com at the 888-850-3958, and they merely asked the owner to refund. Which they declined to do, and Booking.com said sorry, They even kept the cleaning and taxes.

The localisation was perfect! the view was amazing and the apartment was really big!
